Kate Moss and Rimmel celebrate 15 years with new collection

 

The iconic fashion model and cosmetics brand are set to release their anniversary collection at various retailers on 6^th July. 

Various high-profile bloggers and beauty editors managed to get a sneak peek of the upcoming cosmetics range by attending an exclusive pre-launch gathering in London. 

Kate Moss introduced guests to her new assortment of lipstick and gel nail polish shades.

Moss has been Rimmel’s muse and advocate spokesperson since 2001. Throughout the years, Kate’s signature lipsticks have always been extremely sought-after amongst avid beauty fans. The highlight of the new anniversary collection is the six-piece longwear limited edition red and nude lipstick shades with rose gold packaging.

According to Moss, these particular two lip colours are the ones that she incorporates into her own personal beauty regime. The nude shades are envisaged to create effortless daytime looks, while the reds are suitable for more classic and demure appearances.

Moss’s heavy involvement with the creative process for the Rimmel X Kate cosmetics range has always played an integral part throughout their strong decade-and-a-half partnership.

“I’m incredibly proud of my 15-year relationship with Rimmel. It’s a brand very close to my heart; my first ever lipstick was Rimmel Heather Shimmer. The partnership has strengthened and evolved over the years, with me taking an actively creative role,” said Moss.

Other previous and current celebrity spokeswomen for Rimmel include Cara Delevingne, Rita Ora and Georgia May Jagger. However, Kate Moss is the only brand ambassador to date to achieve a tremendous 15-year milestone with the British beauty brand. Let’s hope that London’s favourite “it” girl will continue to encourage us to “get the London look” for many more years to come.
