Kitty, Daisy and Lewis kicked off their European tour in London, at the vibrant Islington Assembly Hall. We had the opportunity to chat with the band just before their first show, and exchange some impressions with them about their career so far and the highly anticipated London Folk and Roots festival.

Their latest album Superscope, the first one produced entirely by the trio, combines a wide variety of genres, from rock’n’roll to punky songs with some bits of soul and jazz. Their creative process has remained intact though. They write separately, as the three of them are composers, and then they put together the pieces in their Kentish Town studio, where all the magic happens.
