The Wilds: Interviews with the stars of the series
Amazon Prime’s teen drama series The Wilds premiered this month, the first of its kind on the platform to be developed as an original project, rather than an adaptation. Written by Sarah Streicher and featuring a host of new and up-and-coming talent, it’s the story of a group of teenage girls who are stranded on an island following a plane crash – but all is not what it seems.
We were lucky enough to catch up with the stars of the series in four illuminating interviews.
First up, here are Shannon Berry (who plays Texan tough girl Dot, whose survival skills prove useful on the island) and Sophia Ali (Fatin, a wealthy cellist from Berkeley, California).
Next here’s Jenna Clause (in the role of Martha, an animal lover from Minnesota) and Erana James (who plays Toni, Martha’s best friend).
Here is Sarah Pidgeon (who plays loner Leah) with Mia Healey (Shelby, a sheltered beauty pageant queen from a conservative Christian family).
And finally Helena Howard (quiet, intelligent Nora) and Reign Edwards (Rachel, Nora’s competitive-diving twin sister).

The Wilds is released digitally on demand via Amazon Prime on 11th December 2020.
