Ranked as one of the world’s best restaurants by The New York Times, Din Tai Fung’s roots date back to Taiwan more than 60 years ago. The arrival of the brand in the UK in 2018 made waves in the local dining scene, and they have since built a huge following with their famous signature Steamed Pork Xiao Long Bao and other traditional dishes. To date, the Taiwanese restaurant has branches in Singapore, Thailand, the UK, Australia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, the UAE and the USA.
This Chinese New Year sees the brand launch a special tasting menu, which carries a price tag of £60 per person and includes fan favourites such as the Xiao Long Bao and Salted Egg Yolk Custard Lava Buns, as well as a number of special dishes, among them a delicious Prawn and Egg Fried Rice with XO Sauce, a warming Tom Yum Xiao Long Bao, a Classic Steamed Black Cod and tasty vegan No-Crab Cakes. All three dishes, as well as the tasting menu, will be available until 5th February 2023.
The ultimate Din Tai Fung experience is available for groups of between six and ten diners.
