Soho’s newest rooftop dining spot, Yasmin, opens its doors to the public

Offering panoramic views of Soho from its prime location on the sixth floor of 1 Warwick, Yasmin, a rooftop restaurant, bar, and terrace, is set to open its doors on Tuesday, 9th April. The concept for this new venue is characterised by Middle Eastern sharing plates and inventive cocktails, all to be enjoyed in a stylish setting that combines indoor elegance with al fresco dining.

Executive Chef Tom Cenci, already a familiar name for his role at Nessa, the ground floor restaurant at 1 Warwick, has curated a menu that reflects his experiences in Istanbul. Guests can anticipate a selection of dishes mixing tradition and innovation, including Sumac Cured Salmon with Smoked Yoghurt, Sesame Smoked Duck with Black Za’atar, Lamb Rump Skewer with Coal Roasted Aubergine, Yoghurt and Smoked Oil, to finish with a dessert highlight, the Baklava Ice-Cream Sandwich, Pistachio, Honey and Date Molasses. The drink menu features signature concoctions such as the Grand Bazaar, a unique take on the Old Fashioned, prepared with Evan Williams, Mancino Rosso, bitter honey aperitif and fig. Intriguing No & Lo options are also available, starting with Atlas Ever After, a spritz made with Everleaf Forest, watermelon, lime, grapefruit soda.

Yasmin’s interior, designed by the London and LA-based studio Fettle, comprises floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in natural light, marble-topped tables, pink velvet seating, and striking rattan pendants, creating an atmosphere that’s both glamorous and relaxed.

The secluded outdoor space can host 64 covers, with the adjacent intimate indoor area that can expand the seating capacity to a further 30 guests. The wrap-around terrace, accessible during warmer months, presents a perfect spot for groups to enjoy dinner under the sun or stars.

Initially opened exclusively to 1 Warwick members in March 2023, Yasmin is now ready to welcome the broader public.
