LFW – House of Evolution: Danilo Gabrielli S/S 2013 collection

Concluding the House of Evolution showcases was the talented Danilo Gabrielli with his S/S13 Hollywood Glamour inspired collection. The designs reflect upon the “new generation” of women in Hollywood; the style and glamour they have adopted, different from any other.

The clear distinction with Gabrielli’s designs is that they showcase the power of these Hollywood women but keep it feminine and elegant. Materials included silk and linens, all perfectly tailored to display a graceful silhouette.

Accessories and make-up enhanced the glamour, taking it to a completely different level and touching upon the 40s era. The collection ended with a layered black ball gown to leave an ever-lasting impression on the strong and powerful women out there.
