STEAMCREAM’s annual search for a budding designer has begun
Each year STEAMCREAM opens its design studio to anyone with an artistic flair or creative streak to find a new pattern to decorate their famous tins of cream.
Known the world over for their hand-made moisturiser presented in beautifully decorated tins the brand is committed to supporting emerging artists and designers. To keep their designs eclectic and global entrants off all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to participate with the only rule being that the design must be of the entrant’s original creation.
The winning design will be released globally as a limited edition range meaning once the tins are sold out they will become unique, collectable items. The eco-friendly tins will be available from all STEAMCREAM stockists including Selfridges, Liberty and Harvey Nichols in the UK as well as 25 countries worldwide. The winning designer will have their name on the base of each tin and will also receive 100 tins boasting their design filled with STEAMCREAM.
The brand gets its name from their unique method of fusing ingredients together with a shot of steam. This process means the cream is gentle and light on the skin yet provides long-lasting hydration as it’s easily absorbed. STEAMCREAM is hand-made in the UK and Japan with fresh natural ingredients including orange flower water, jojoba oils and cocoa butter making it gentle enough for your face but perfect for the hands and body too.
