Poppy Delevingne is the new face of Vero Moda
With a new season comes new trends and new faces, and British model and actress Poppy Delevingne has been revealed as the new face of Vero Moda. Having previously done campaigns for the likes of Burberry and Mango, the pretty, blonde Brit will front the high-street brand for their Spring/Summer 2013 collection.
The Vero Moda image manager spoke on their decision to use Poppy, saying that she “adds lightness and femininity to the images, without ever losing her edge”. As for the collection itself, it’s very chic, stylish and feminine, which Poppy translates perfectly through the images.
Poppy is shown wearing a hell of a lot of striped monochrome, a trend that is set to be huge this coming season. Florals and khaki also make an appearance in the collection and will be the perfect look for spring. Playing with contrasts and sheers, this collection has set itself up to be a winner.
Poppy’s own favourites include the tightly woven fitted jacket and floral slim-fit jeans. The pieces suit her so well; you’d think they were already items in her wardrobe.
All items in the collection are £45 or less, so we don’t have to fork out to gain the same sleek, girly pieces that Poppy is seen wearing. The relaxed approach to this collection will give it a wide appeal and is available on the Vero Moda website now.
