Niki has worked in the entertainment industry for over a decade, specialising in PR, marketing, copywriting and events for high-profile employers such as Universal, MTV, Fox, the MOBO Awards and Revolver Films. Hailing from a Greek family, she loves cooking and is a keen baker with a sweet tooth. She has a CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award (catering) and enjoys experimenting with quirky flavour combinations and eclectic ingredients.
