Mark Sempill is a young writer, artist, and MA Art History student at Birkbeck, University of London. Of Finnish, German and Scottish origins, Mark was born in Van Nuys, California, and has spent most of his life between England, Sweden and Italy. He speaks fluently all three national languages and took his BA in art history and museum studies at the Università degli Studi of Florence, specialising in the Florentine Renaissance. His other interests include literature, costume history and classical music. Mark is currently pursuing a career as an art curator.
