London-born to Scottish-Indian parents, Tara has grown up surrounded by a passion for great cooking (and whisky!). Having worked in some of London’s most famous restaurants, she has developed an interest in London’s ever growing food scene, making sure she’s always one step ahead with the next big thing.
If you don't find her in London, she can be found lost in her travels, complete with just her notebook and camera, globe-trotting in pursuit of culinary treats and rarities. Sometimes, when it all just gets a bit too much, she loves to spend her time cooking, gardening and spending early mornings at a local food market! Follow Tara on Twitter @forkanddram.
