Gioia is a Rutgers University graduate with a degree in History and French, born and bred in the tri-state area. Her interests include feminism, adult cats (particularly her own, Tommy), human authenticity, and French Film. Despite her air of “savior faire” Gioia is not all cool, as she can also be found getting a little too into her Spice Girls cassette while driving her dark blue, 2001 Subaru.
